Referrals from GPs in England: Online referrals only via the NHS e-referrals system. The name of the clinic is Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD, FMD and CAE) Service – Cardiology – GH – RWE 

This can be found by looking for:

2. Clinic type: Not otherwise specified

3. Organisation or site name: Glenfield Hospital

No written referrals will be accepted from GPs in England, so please give your GP the above information.

Referrals from GPs in Scotland and Wales: Written referrals are accepted.
