Referrals from GPs, cardiologists or other healthcare professionals (including rehab professionals): Letter online or email referrals only via the NHS e-referrals system (choose-and-book). The name of the clinic is Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD, FMD and CAE) Service – Cardiology – GH – RWE

This can be found by looking for:

  3. Organisation or site name: Glenfield Hospital

Referrals from GPs, cardiologists or other healthcare professionals (including rehab professionals) in Northern Ireland and Wales: Written or email referrals are accepted.

SCAD Service London

Referrals can be sent to Dr Dave Adlam in Leicester (see information for Glenfield Hospital SCAD Clinic) or directly to Hammersmith Hospital.

Dr Rasha Al-Lamee and Dr Dave Adlam’s SCAD clinic will accept letter, email or NHS e-referrals. Please ensure it is clearly labelled for the SCAD service.
